SHIPPING POLICY

All orders are to be carefully reviewed by customer before checking out.

Orders placed generally ship the same day. In the event of high order volume, the order will be shipped the following business day. Orders placed over the weekend will be processed and shipped first thing Monday morning unless it is a holiday.

If for any reason after an order is placed and the item is not available, MBHS will notify the customer by email advising the item is not in stock. It will be put on back order and shipped out once available or item can be exchange with another item.

 

Once your order ships you will receive an email with tracking information. All shipping may be done using Canada Post, FedEx, UPS, USPS or other freight carriers. Mónif reserves the right to use the most appropriate carrier for the required transit time and destination. Please remember that the estimated shipping transit time is based on the number of business days in transit and does not include weekends, holidays or the day the package is picked up by the carrier. For instance, a product shipped with Two Day service and picked up on a Thursday would be delivered by the end of day Monday. If the carrier delays due to unforeseen delivery service, the breakdown of equipment, illness, etc. We do not take responsibility of your package as it is 100% out of our company’s control.

Any incorrect billing and or shipping information inputed by customer will cause delays. Customers can choose if they want delivery signature on priority packages by adding that request in ORDER NOTE box. All express packages require a signature. Packages are not insured. If something was to happen to the package the customer and also Mónif would have to open a claim ticket.

All products is calculated in your country currency including Shipping cost. Shipping cost may vary. We do not ship to PO Boxes

RETURN POLICY

We offer a 100% Satisfaction Guarantee on our products. Please Inspect the hair without unwrapping the bundles or removing the rubber-bands to make sure the product is to your satisfaction. All sales are FINAL once hair has been installed. We do offer refunds as long as the hair extensions has not been installed, altered, washed, brushed, combed or used in any way and is returned to Mónif in its original state the same as it was sent within 72 hours of the time it has been delivered to customer.

Customer MUST email Mónif to inform the package is on the way, why you were dissatisfied, a copy of shipping receipt and tracking number to service@monif.ca for verification of items returned. Please allow 5-7 business days for your return to be checked and processed. Once it’s completed, we will notify you via email. Returns that do not meet our policy will not be accepted and will be sent back to the customer. We do not refund shipping charges or offer exchanges of any items. If an item is damaged upon delivery, please contact us immediately. If it is determined that Mónif Beauty & Hair Studio Inc. is the party at fault, Mónif will refund or exchange the product at no additional cost to the customer. Any promotional code or sale items are FINAL SALE. Our customers happiness is our first priority.

A. No we dont, but we have a list of stylist we can refer you to. At this time we only provide services online.

Q. When will my order ship?
A. Orders are usually processed and shipped within 48hrs working days of purchase.

Q. How Do I Cancel An Order?
A. We pride ourselves on prompt service and this includes getting your orders out as fast as possible. Once payment have been received and confirm, we start the processed right away and prepare for shipment or we have already shipped.

Q. How do I track my order?
A. We email you the tracking number and carrier so you can track your package

Q. Can you leave the shipment under my door or anywhere else
A. Unfortunately you need to sign for all shipments

Q. How do I use a coupon code?

HAIR EXTENSION QUESTIONS

Q: What is Virgin Hair

A: VIRGIN hair is human hair, which has never been colored or permed. It is 100% natural virgin unprocessed hair that all the cuticles remain intact.

Q: Can the hair be dyed?

A: Yes, All virgin hair can be dyed. We highly recommend you to have your hairdresser to dye your hair, so you will get the results you want and not damage the hair.

Q: Can the hair be straightened, curled?

A: Yes, All hair we sell can be straightened or curled. You can use hair straighter or curler. Please don’t do it too frequently, the hair will get dry and tangled.

Q: How is the length measured?

A: The Straight Textures are measured true to length.

The curly, Body Wave, Loose Wave, and Deep Wave are measured when hair is pulled straight.

Q: How many bundles hair needed for one full head?

A: Normally 3 bundles are enough for a full head, from 10”-20” You can always use the leftover hair later. If you are using hair over 22″ and longer, you may need one more bundle.

Q. What type of hair care products should I use? Can I blow-dry the hair extensions?

A: Always Shampoo and condition hair before installing and rinse with luke warm water. Treat hair just as if it was your own hair.

  1. Use good quality hair shampoo and conditioner that’s sulfate-free. It’s important to keep the hair soft and shiny.
  2. Use minimal styling products (ie. hair oils) to avoid product build up on your hair.

The extensions can be blow-dried on low setting, but it is not recommended to do often. The best way is to let your hair extensions dry naturally after washing.

Q. How long will my extensions last?

A: Once treated like your own hair with proper care it could last up to 2 years.

Q: what would cause my hair extensions to get tangled?

A: The reason your hair extensions could get tangled would be due to dryness, oil & dirt build-up, salt water and not combing daily. Make sure to wash and condition your hair at least once a week.

Q: How to tell human hair different from synthetic hair?

A: human hair has natural protein. It is easy to tell by burning and smell.

Human hair will be ash , which will go away after pinching. Synthetic hair will smell foul when burning. The human hair will show white smoke. While synthetic hair will be a sticky ball after burning and will show black smoke. Moreover, human hair may have very few gray hair and split ends. It is normal and not a quality problem.

Extensions

  1. Brushing the hair gently can prevent the hair falling out.
  2. Deep condition the hair once a week, it will lasting longer.
  3. Keep ends trimmed every 6 – 10 weeks can prevent tangle.
  4. Perm & dye are recommended to professional stylist only.
  5. For the curly hair use a spray bottle to wet hair daily to achieve a soft and natural bounce to your curl. For a “wet” look use a spray bottle with half water and half leave in conditioner. You can also use any curly cream. This will help the hair from over drying and prevent frizz. Comb through with a wide tooth comb from tip to root keeping the pressure off weft.
  6. Always wrap hair before bed. If hair is curly, braid hair. You can use silk or satin sleep cap, scarf or bonnet.
  7. Frontals and Closures need special care. The lace is very delicate. The knots can get untied if it’s plucked and can cause shedding.
  8. Due to bleaching knots, the hair can become dry and bald. To prevent this you must moisturize at least twice per week.

LASHES CARE TIP

Lashes with proper care, can be worn up to 25x. You will find a wide array of styles to suit all types of eye shapes.

How to use:

  • Carefully remove the eyelashes from the case with tweezers
  • Compare false eyelashes with your eye line length, trim to suitable length and width
  • Add glue along the false eyelash root with cotton bud
  •  Hold the eyelash on the root of your natural lashes with pressure

If necessary, apply eye shadow or eyeliner to make your eye line look more natural

Directions:

On relaxed hair when you apply it can last 5-7 days. For natural hair when you apply to edges please also apply  to 1/4 inch back to get the ultimate hold and lasts 3-5 days. Hold, sculpt, flatten and smooth hair as desired. When using as a pomade put a quarter size in your hand and smooth hair in place.

Having a beard is a popular style these days. With daily use and proper care, you will see immediate results. It’s also really easy for your beard to become unkempt and unclean. Even if you’re going for that kind of look, nobody wants to look like they don’t take care of themselves. To keep your beard looking the way you want, following some easy instructions.

  1. Add desired drops into the palm of  your hand
  2. Rub your hands together to evenly   distribute the oil between both palms and fingers
  3. Message into your beard, ensuring to get the skin under your beard also. (This works well if you work against the direction your hair grows from root to ends)
  4. Brush and/or comb your beard to your desire style. (We recommend brushing first to spread the oil around evenly and the combing to get the shape).
Keep it clean
Washing your beard is critical just like the hair on top of your head. Beards need to be maintained and kept healthy. Wash your face thoroughly with regular face wash and water every morning and night. You don’t need anything too strong, but just something to cut through the oils that have built up. If your beard is a few inches long you should shampoo it, but only use conditioner if it’s very long. Make sure you also dry your face thoroughly. Have a clean towel and get as much of the water out.
Trim your beard to the length that you desire.
It is helpful to trim in multiple different directions to make sure you’ve gotten all of those stray hairs. Even if you want your beard to be very long, it’s still a good idea to trim it every few months and get rid of split ends.
Brushing your beard
Keep your beard from getting tangled and unruly by brushing and combing it everyday with a beard brush/comb. It’ll also help spread the beard oil you’re using (as well as your natural face oils) to keep your beard as healthy as possible.
Use shampoo and conditioner on your beard.
